For over 30 years, Jerry Weekly has stood at the intersection of faith, psychology, and the arts. As the Founder of The Ministry of Creativity (TMOC), Jerry has dedicated his life to building a "Solid Foundation" for individuals and communities alike.
With a professional background rooted in Psychology and years of dedicated service in Youth Social Services, Jerry possesses a unique understanding of the human heart and the challenges facing today’s generation. This expertise fuels his storytelling, allowing him to create works like the gospel musical Only God Can Change Me—a production that speaks directly to redemption and restoration.
Beyond the director’s chair, Jerry’s primary mission is Intercessory Prayer. Alongside his wife, Dorothy, he leads the TMOC Podcast, a platform dedicated to spiritual warfare and uplifting the body of Christ. Whether he is developing a 12-episode movie series or mentoring aspiring filmmakers in the TMOC summer intensive, Jerry lives by a simple, transformative motto:

As the Production Manager for Only God Can Change Me, Dorothy Weekly is the logistical engine behind the TMOC movement. With a keen eye for detail and a heart for ministry, she ensures that the vision transitions seamlessly from the script to the stage.
Dorothy doesn’t just manage a production; she manages a mission. Her leadership is grounded in the belief that excellence is a form of worship, and her dedication ensures that every city on the tour experiences the full power of the message. Together with Jerry, she is committed to proving that through Christ, the impossible becomes inevitable.

Jerry Weekly is a Master Director and the architect of the "Only God Can Change Me" movement. With over 30 years dedicated to the art of theater and community-driven workshops, Jerry has spent his life transforming the stage into a platform for restoration and growth.
Relocating from San Antonio to the Houston area, Jerry continues to build a legacy through TMOC (The Ministry of Creativity), where he serves as a spiritual advocate and intercessor. Known for his ability to direct with precision and lead with a servant’s heart, Jerry’s true work happens behind the scenes—mentoring individuals to find their divine purpose and build a life of resilience.
He is a man of the Word and the Work, focusing three decades of experience on creating workshops that don’t just teach, but transform. As he leads the 10-City Tour, his mission is clear: to establish the TMOC Film Production Lab and prove that while man can build a stage, only God can change a life.
